Arthur Colley Jones (1858-1947) was born in Ireland and emigrated to Wyoming in 1882, following a brother, Christopher, who was ranching near the Little Laramie River. In 1883 Jones was employed by the First Interstate Bank in Laramie. He was appointed assistant cashier of the Wyoming National Bank (Laramie) in 1888 and was promoted to cashier in 1891. Ethelbert Talbot (1848-1928) was born in Missouri. He graduated from Dartmouth College and the General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church and began his clerical career as rector of the Episcopal Church in Macon, Missouri, in 1873.
